QINGDAO, China, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese swimmer Zhang Yufei broke the Asian record in the women's 100m butterfly in 55.62 seconds at the Chinese national swimming championships here on Tuesday.
"The question is how can you manage the club's return to the top eight of German football after a formative figure such as Clemens Tonnies has left," he said.
Zhang also broke the national record in the women's 100m freestyle on Sunday.
Zhang had just broke the national record in the preliminary final on Sunday night in a time of 52.90 seconds. She led in the first 50 meters in the final, but Yang raced ahead of her in the last moment.
Evergrande had secured the top place of Group A before Sunday's match, while Dalian had dropped into the Final B.
Ninth seed Denis Shapovalov of Canada crashed out after suffering a shock defeat to Roberto Carballes Baena of Spain.
"If we want to develop our leagues, we have to consider club licensing seriously. We want to help our member associations with the implementation and development of the system. Club licensing is mandatory, and CAF will supervise the implementation process," Baffoe said.
"The decision to sanction Mr Trovato is related to a series of matches that took place between 2018 and 2019, while he was president of the club," FIFA said, without providing further details.
